Jason Odom, Founder

I grew up in the Seattle area and have been around family-run businesses my whole life. My father and grandfather were both entrepreneurs and I started my first business age 16.

I moved to Southern California in 2005 and have lived here since, with the exception of a two year stint in Chicago for grad school. I spent the last 10+ years working in the investment industry at PIMCO with responsibilities spanning product development, marketing, sales, leadership, and operations. My wife, Vanessa, is a nurse and we live in Orange County with our two wonderful kids.

I am passionate about business and deepening roots within my community. I see a critical need for the next generation of small business leaders to emerge - individuals with the ability to lead and grow companies, care well for employees and customers, and make a positive impact on their communities.

I launched Keepstone Capital to do this. My goal is to provide an alternative path for business owners who are seeking a transition and care deeply about who will be the next steward of their company, people, and legacy.
